- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Knowledge of RVs is helpful but not required; a passion for adventure is a must!

Requirements:Essential Functions:Sales & Customer Engagement- Actively assist customers with retail purchases, ensuring they have everything needed for their RV or marine adventures.
- Leverage your knowledge of parts and accessories to recommend upgrades and solutions tailored to customers’ needs.
- Build excitement about RVs and boating by showcasing the latest accessories and demonstrating their benefits.
- Provide hands-on assistance to help customers understand how to use their new RVs and accessories.
- Ensure a seamless and positive retail experience for all customers.
- Analyze customer requests for parts, offering substitute parts or upgraded options when appropriate.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of parts locations, inventory, and basic installation techniques.
- Efficiently process parts orders, verify pricing, and enter accurate information into our computer system.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs and maintenance.
- Follow up on backorders, keeping customers and team members informed of order statuses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and service centers to ensure smooth communication and timely parts delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business through excellent service.
- Partner with the sales and service teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
