Essential Functions Include:
- Coordinating recruitment, interviewing, and selection process to fill vacant positions.
- Preparing and posting company job postings.
- Planning for hiring needs by continually screening potential candidates.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Answering frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
- Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Providing clerical support to the HR department.
- Preparing orientation packages for new hires.
- Execution of new hire orientation.
- Assisting with execution of HR, and other, events, i.e., benefits enrollment and trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience and Work Requirements:
- Associate’s degree, required; Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- Prior HR internships or related office experience, a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicable HR and other computer applications.
