Dishwasher/Server Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dining experience, supporting servers, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Support kitchen staff by ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked and readily available.
• Participate in banquet and catering events, assisting with setup, service, and breakdown as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold health and safety standards by keeping work areas clean and organized at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong culinary knowledge is a plus, with an understanding of food safety practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with guests effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A team player who is willing to help others and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
