As a Banquet Server at Colts Neck Inn Steak and Chop House, you will be an integral part of our events team, responsible for providing exceptional service during banquets and special occasions. Responsibilities
- Set up banquet tables and ensure all necessary items are in place before events.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with the breakdown of banquet setups after events, including cleaning and organizing the area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout the event.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Assist in catering functions as needed, providing support for various events.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
