IT Support Manager needed to manage a small support team while being hands on. FULLY ONSITE role, with the potential for hybrid after a year. Environment supports Windows, O365, Azure AD, iPads, a few Macs, etc. Required: 5 years of Windows IT support experience with 1 years of people leadership. Must thrive in a team environment, with a strong desire to lead the team while building relationships in other office locations. Light out-of-town travel required (approx. 10%), and weekly local travel expected (approx. 1 day per week). Will ensure customer satisfaction, remain approximately 50% hands on, and guide team on a daily basis. Will help with hiring/firing decisions, reviews, etc., while concurrently performing IT support and working with other team leaders. Excellent communication and soft skills a must.
