Are you passionate about inspiring others to live active, healthier, and more connected lives? As an integral part of our leadership team, the Manager On Duty (MOD) ensures that every member, prospective member, guest, and team member experiences exceptional service at Columbia Athletic Club.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the Front Desk team to deliver a consistent, outstanding member experience.
Foster a welcoming environment that motivates members and guests through movement, community, and personal attention.
Ensure the facility maintains high standards with knowledgeable staff, fully functional equipment, and impeccably clean spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and oversee a fast-paced customer service desk, with part-time shifts available seven days a week.
Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting team innovation and ongoing education.
Cultivate a positive, motivational, and team-oriented atmosphere.
Adapt and collaborate to identify solutions and drive continuous improvement.

The pay rate for this position is $17.00/per hour. CA offers a positive, fun work environment and a generous benefits package.
