What are the responsibilities and job description for the AQUATICS CLIPPERS SWIM COACH position at Columbia Association?
The Columbia Association Aquatics Department is looking for candidates who are able to be available for all scheduled practices and meets for our year-round swim team program. Applicants will be required to complete various training to qualify under USA Swimming. Previous experience swimming/coaching is desired as well as confident communication skills for dealing with both swimmers and parents. We expect our coaches to enjoy children and to be able to develop productive practice plans that enhance the swimmers' skills while still creating a safe and fun atmosphere in which to be competitive. Starting rate is $20.40. CA offers a positive, fun work environment and a generous benefits package.
