What are the responsibilities and job description for the AQUATICS LESSON COORDINATOR position at Columbia Association?
Columbia Association Aquatics Department is looking for a Part-time Lesson Coordinator with a minimum of one year's experience in the Aquatics industry, a positive attitude and confident computer skills.
The Lesson Coordinator will oversee lesson instructors daily, aid in the creation of lesson options and assist in the development of in-service programs to keep our instructors up to date on changes and new initiatives. The Lesson Coordinator will share evaluations of instructors with the Program Coordinator to ensure the constant development of our staff.
The pay rate for this position is $20.00/per hour. CA offers a positive, fun work environment and a generous benefits package.
