Temporary Position - Front Office Assistant
This is a temporary position, to be filled between May and September 2025. Work days will be on-site at our Pasco location, Monday through Friday, 10am to 4pm and will include all standard breaks/lunches in accordance with Washington State labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reception and Client Interaction:
- Greet Visitors and Clients: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, donors, volunteers, and others entering the organization. Provide a warm and professional welcome.
- Answer Phones and Direct Calls: Answer incoming calls, provide information, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Assist clients and Visitors: Offer Support to visitors, providing them with information about services, programs, and activities within the organization
2. Administrative Support:
- Prepare Documents: Help with the preparation of the Veteran Relief Fund Forms
- Maintain Office Supplies: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure that the office is fully stocked and operational.
3. Communication and Correspondence:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail: handle incoming mail, packages
- Email Correspondence: Respond to emails as necessary
4. Maintaining a Positive Office Environment:
- Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Maintain an organized and pleasant front office area, keeping the area neat and professional
- Support Office Staff: Provide general support to staff by helping with various administrative tasks that allow team members to focus on primary responsibilities
