POSITION TITLE: Behavior Support Specialist (Job Description)
QUALIFICATIONS: Provides leadership and direction at the school level, working to design, implement, coordinate and evaluate a comprehensive behavior support program. In addition, the Behavior Specialist works directly with students to adopt behaviors that substantially increase their academic performance. Position includes communicating with students, administrators, teachers, parents, and outside organizations. Responsible for supervising and/or supporting the paraprofessional(s) and/or volunteer(s) located in the classroom.

STATUS: Available 2025-2026 School Year
CONTRACT: Teacher Contract
