Position Overview :
The Senior Wholesale Project Analyst will support wholesale efforts by creating and implementing analytical tools to support action-oriented reporting and business growth opportunities for the Wholesale Department. This position requires a unique blend of analytical skills, project management expertise, and a passion for driving sales growth. The position will be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve sales performance. Additionally, they will manage and oversee various sales-related projects from initiation to completion.
Major Areas of Responsibility include :
- Sales Analysis :
oCollect, clean, and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within relevant systems (including Headset, BDSA, Leaftrade, Leaflink, etc.).
oDevelop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) through CRM software and other data points.
oConduct in-depth analysis of sales performance by product, region, and customer segment.
oIdentify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies.
oProvide sales teams with insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
oIn conjunction with other internal teams and stakeholders, manage and support various sales-related projects such as sales enablement initiatives, product launches, and sales campaigns.
oDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
oTrack project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
oAssist with the development of sales presentations and proposal frameworks.
oProvide support for additional sales collateral as needed.
Examples include Annual Business Planning and Quarterly Business Reviews.
oSupport sales teams in forecasting and pipeline management.
