Production Filler Associate

Columbia Coatings is part of the finishing industry that supplies not only Powder Coating Paint and Supplies but also the equipment such as Powder Coating Ovens, Booths and application guns. As a Production Filler team member, you will play a crucial role in the powder filler process within our warehouse facility. Production Filler Responsibilities

· Performs various physical duties as assigned

· Maintain all safety standards

· Repackage powder paint into smaller quantity packaging

· Performs some specialized tasks which may require on the job training for packaging and shipping

· Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the assignment

· Moving tools, items or equipment as directed by supervisor

· Maintain Clean and Safe Work Environment

Requirements/Skills

· Able to read labels, safety warnings and guidelines

· Able to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers

· Attentive to detail and alert at all times to ensure safety

· Able to lift up to 50 pounds or more, Physical stamina and strength

· Requires getting your hands dirty, wear clothes that you don't mind staining

· Focus on Quality Control

· Dexterity and eye – hand coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
