Position : Client Admissions Specialist
Shift : Full Time (general schedule is 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm, could vary)
Department : Operations (Business Center)
Salary Range : $21.54 / hour - $28.71 / hour. We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements).

Wellness Benefits :
Position Requirements : High School diploma / equivalency required; Associates preferred; minimum 3 years billing / collections experience preferred; general office and receptionist duties required; managed care / HIPAA regulations preferred; previous experience with OHP and insurance verifications preferred; office equipment and various types of software, to include Word and Excel required; training in public / consumer relations, medical records preferred. Combination of education / experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered. Fluent Bilingual Spanish an asset.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide professional, compassionate, high level customer service
Receive clients / visitors at front desk
Collect client demographic / financial information
Receive / transfer incoming calls
Collect client fees and Fee Assessment forms
Conduct PHQ
Verify contracts
Financial intakes
Maintain documents in Excel and Word
Schedule appointments for clinical staff
Print daily / weekly schedules and UA forms
Obtain insurance / copay information for daily appointments
