Position: Counselor II (QMHP, master’s Level Clinician)
Department: IBHS (Intensive Behavioral Health Services)
Shift: Individual schedules can be determined with supervisor and within business needs/hours. In general, our agency provides services Mon-Fri from 7:00am to 7:00pm.
Salary Range: $64,147.20 - $ 81,078.40 (annual). There are 15 steps on our salary scale. We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements).

Summary:
ITS Clinicians typically provide services in the community around half of the time. The ITS program typically serves around 80-100 clients. Services include therapy, case management, skills training, and medication management. Services are provided individually and in groups. In this role, the Counselor II conducts comprehensive clinical assessments as a part of the diagnostic process, reviews ongoing delivery of services, identifies individual client needs and diagnoses substance use and/or mental health disorders. Conducts individual, family and group sessions to provide therapeutic treatment, and behavior modification using evidence-based practice to assist clients in reaching treatment goals.
Working conditions: This position is in-person, in an outpatient setting. ITS clinicians typically provide services in the community around half of the time. This position may be hybrid (with the option of 1 day WFH) after 6 months of employment depending on schedule and business needs.
