Columbia Community Mental Health is a nonprofit agency and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides services to individuals with mental, addiction and developmental disabilities. We are looking for qualified individuals to join our Electronic Health Record (EHR) team!
Position: EHR Data Analyst
Salary Range: $64,147.20 - $81,078.40(annual). We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements).
Status: Exempt
Shift: Monday – Friday (8am to 5pm with 60 min unpaid lunch) 40hrs week

Position Requirements: Associate degree in computer technology or related field required. Experience in EHR application support preferred. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 a plus. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.
Summary: Position is responsible for creation of data visualization, reports, and any other data requests related to data housed in our Data Warehouse or EHR.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customized Data Visualizations: Develop engaging data visualizations that help to streamline processes and make end-users engage with the data utilizing Power BI, Crystal Reports and other Reporting Tools.
- Robust Reporting: Create dynamic reports utilizing SQL coding skills, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and Excel to meet the regulatory requirements such as CCBHC, Medicaid Service Elements and Fidelity Programs.
- Collaboration and Needs Assessment: Collaborate closely with departmental managers and subject matter experts. Identify data needs, prioritize metrics and fidelity requirements, and align them with organizational goals and objectives.
- Ongoing Support and Guidance: Provide continuous support to staff members. Address their questions, troubleshoot issues, and reinforce best practices in EHR system utilization.
- Effectiveness Evaluation: Regularly assess the effectiveness of reports and visualizations through data validation and feedback sessions. Use insights to make improvements and optimize report content.
- Stay Current: Keep abreast of new features, updates, and advancements in OCHIN Epic. Ensure all data points are being collected in a way that is appropriate for reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.
