Position : Licensed Clinical Supervisor
Department : Outpatient Behavioral Health Services (OBHS)
Shift : Individual schedules can be determined with supervisor and within business needs / hours. In general, our agency provides services Mon-Fri from 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm.
Salary Range : $82,742.40 to $116,001.60 (annual for licensed supervisors). There are 15 steps on our salary scale. We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements).

Position Requirements :
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required. LCSW required. Three to five years related work experience to include Crisis, Outpatient, Addictions and high acuity client services preferred. Combination of education / experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.

Summary : The Outpatient Clinical Supervisor provides team leadership and administrative support with multidisciplinary team that provides outpatient clinical care in a community mental health agency. The client population has a diverse array of diagnosis and clinical presentations. Supervisory responsibilities include clinical and administrative supervision for outpatient clinical staff, new hire training, coordinating day to day work, ensuring accountability, and tracking outcomes. The clinical supervisor is part of the outpatient leadership team and is required to hold themselves to a high ethical standard. Direct service (30% of work time) consists of assessments, treatment planning, and individual / group / couple / family therapy.

Supervisor Responsibilities : The Clinical Supervisor provides supervision / support to assigned QMHP’s and is directly supervised by the Clinical Director. All staff and programs are responsible to the Agency’s Executive Director.
