What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Assistant/Machine Operator position at Columbia Corrugated Box?
Columbia Corrugated Box (CCB) is the premier packaging provider in the Northwest, located in Tualatin, OR. We are currently seeking full-time, day shift and swing shift Production Assistants/Operator Trainees to complete our team! The Production Assistant/ Operator Trainees will learn to work on machines with corrugated materials in our manufacturing production environment. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a great company!
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of machine operating or production experience.
- Skills to use basic math and accurately read a tape measure
- Be able to read written instructions
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Have reliable transportation
- Corrugated experience a plus!
- Pass a physical exam & drug test after job offer

Currently recruiting for:
Swing Shift: Tuesday-Friday 10 hours, 4:00 pm - 2:30 am (OT Monday is required when needed). Swing has multiple openings.
Day Shift: Monday-Friday 8 hours 7:30 am-4:00 pm (OT M-F 5:30 am – 4:00 pm, Saturday 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM)
Overtime (required): Occasional overtime and Saturday work is available and may be mandatory.
