Our Family Practice Clinics provide exceptional and experienced care by our Medical and Dental providers and is a one-stop solution for all family health needs. Our 3 locations in Dayton, Waitsburg, and College Place includes a friendly staff of Registered Nurses and Certified Medical and Dental Assistants who ensure comfort throughout patient visits. The teams work to holistically treat the whole patient, pushing the boundaries of what we can do in the name of improving patient health outcomes. Our integrated approach to healthcare is what sets us apart as we offer behavioral health and dental services, alongside family practice so our patients receive comprehensive care. We work together to personalize patient treatments and puts the patient at the center of our care.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on years of experience, education, and licensing
- Full-Time, 40 hours per week
- Full-Time Benefits include: Medical/Dental/Vision & Basic Life Insurance; eligibility to participate in a 401K Plan, as well as PTO and Sick Time Accruals
We are hiring for a Patient Services Representative in our Clinics! In this role you will schedule patient appointments on the phone or in person, notify Providers of patient's arrival and keep patients informed and comfortable, verify all demographics and insurance information with the patient during the check in process, and obtain eligibility and/or prior authorizations for the patients when necessary. This position does not require licensure, but we are looking for an individual with prior administrative healthcare experience.
