We are hiring for an experienced Rehab Patient Service Representative in Dayton, WA!
The Rehabilitation Therapy team at CCHS focuses on a multi-disciplinary approach to whole body therapy. This innovative team involves services from PTs, OTs, SLPs, an Acupuncturist, Aquatic Therapy, and other services to deliver the best care to our community. We use autonomous treatment plans that are built for quality specific care. At CCHS, you will also have the support of the whole health system, able to treat the patient holistically with Respiratory Therapy, Family Practice Clinics, Assisted Living, Radiology, Wound Care, Palliative Care, and more. They also enjoy a potluck at the monthly staff meetings, so bring your best recipes!
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on years of experience, education, and licensing
- Full-Time, 40 hours/week
- Full-Time Benefits include: Medical/Dental/Vision & Basic Life Insurance; eligibility to participate in a 401K Plan, as well as PTO and Sick Time Accruals
In this role, you will assist with the operation and duties between the office staff and providers in the Rehabilitation department. This individual is involved in all day-to-day tasks to ensure the office maintains a smooth, coordinated flow from the initial referral to the discharge of a patient. You will answer phones, schedule patients, take co-pays and check patient's in. Along with working with patients, you will answer Rehab-related questions from other staff, Providers, and insurance companies; administrative tasks include scanning, filing, faxing, and ordering office supplies.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. A great candidate will have prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting. We would love to hear about why you are a perfect fit!
