Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients/residents to collect data and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Registered Nurse to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff to ensure compliance with established standards.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Must hold a current license from the State Board of Nursing or be eligible for licensure.
- Must possess current BLS/CPR certification.
