Role Overview
As an administrative assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative duties that are essential to the efficient operation of the company. Order processing, customer and management communication, record keeping, and management support are all your responsibilities.
The Role :
Liaising with various staff / departments to deliver effective administrative support.
Handling a range of queries, maintaining a courteous and pleasant manner at all times.
Using various computer systems and software packages to ensure patient information is relevant and up to date, including data input and retrieval of information.
Processing, recording, and collating information for statistical purposes.
Performing typing duties - reports, letters, and meeting minutes as required.
Core Competencies and Attributes :
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Previous experience of working in a similar clerical or administrative role.
Excellent telephone manner, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
