Columbia Financial Advisors serves clients across the nation with financial advisory services, litigation support, and business valuation. We provide services to publicly traded companies, some of the biggest privately held companies in the nation, and small, closely held businesses.
In order to support the new business growth that we have been producing over the past few years, we are seeking the right people to join our growing Customer Team.
Your duties will mostly be telephone based; you will be answering incoming client calls; cold calling will not be a part of your job description. You will be in charge of offering customers support and solutions to their needs.
Key Responsibilities
Be professional and efficient when responding to incoming and outgoing calls, emails, or chat conversations.
Respond to consumer questions, give accurate product / service information, and address problems as soon as they arise.
Keep track of and update client data in our system.
Reach performance objectives for both the team and the individual, including quality metrics and customer satisfaction.
To improve your abilities, work together with team members and take part in training sessions.
What We’re Looking For :
Capable of meeting goals, working well under pressure, and producing work with a high degree of accuracy.
Interpersonal abilities, such as effective verbal and writing communication.
Computer literate.
Excellent customer service skills and a positive, customer focused attitude.
Experience working within a contact centre would be an advantage.
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.
Hours of Work :
Flexible working benefits available between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm all year round.

Saturdays are optional but we are open between 9am to 2pm
