Columbia Financial Advisors provides business valuation, financial advisory services, and litigation support to clients throughout the country. We serve small, closely held companies as well as some of the largest privately held companies in the country and publicly traded firms.
Regarding the Role :
A call center representative is needed to work in the contact center. We work in a fast-paced environment where team dynamism, energy, and diligence are critical. Because of the supportive nature of our team, we enjoy supporting and sharing best practices to help each other perform to the best of our abilities. We're a committed, professional team, but it's a nice, social environment to be in.
How will a typical day as a call center representative go?
- Call clients with past-due accounts both inbound and outbound to set up settlements for outstanding amounts.
- To accurately record each and every customer interaction in the collections system.
- Treat each client fairly, skillfully, and in compliance with the law and recognized codes of conduct.
- Respond to routine client payments and general account inquiries.
- Update account details, such as bank account information, payment method, address, and phone number.
- As a call center representative, you will interact with other departments to resolve problems for customers.
