Columbia Financial Advisors provides business valuation, financial advisory services, and litigation support to clients throughout the country. We serve small, closely held companies as well as some of the largest privately held companies in the country and publicly traded firms.

We are looking for vivacious, self-assured people to work in customer service. Incoming calls for this position are only for customer service—no sales! As the initial point of contact for the business, a customer service agent is responsible for engaging with customers, providing support for a variety of inquiries, and ensuring that the customer is treated with professionalism while promoting a positive experience. This is a great opportunity with potential for growth and progress.

Responsibilities :

  • You will deal with both new and returning customers every day in our contact center. You need to have outstanding communication skills in order to have productive phone and email conversations.
  • Computer skills are also necessary for updating our database and communicating with clients.
  • Our work is all about our customers, so being able to build relationships and influence them is essential. The most important trait is a proactive attitude that shows sincere care and pride in one's work.
  • To give customers a distinctive and satisfying response to their inquiries, attend to their needs.
  • To provide exceptional customer service, demonstrate your extensive knowledge of the services the business provides.
  • Ensure that all administrative duties are carried out accurately.
  • For this position, prior customer service experience is required.
