Columbia Financial Advisors provides business valuation, financial advisory services, and litigation support to clients throughout the country. We serve small, closely held companies as well as some of the largest privately held companies in the country and publicly traded firms.
We are looking for applicants to join our Retention team. To work for us as a customer service agent, you don't need any specific training or qualifications.
Customer service representatives must be well-versed in the company's products in order to help customers with their inquiries and grievances. You'll be dealing with customers in a courteous manner and promptly fixing issues pertaining to services. You'll make sure to adhere to established procedures to ensure systematic problem-solving and to escalate when necessary. Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor is essential to maintaining the company's positive reputation. Additionally, you will accurately record every interaction you have with clients. You will also support other contact center departments to maintain operational effectiveness during peak hours.

As our Customer Service Representative, your duties will consist of :
- Engaging with customers and managing orders and requests for office equipment and supplies.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat, being sure to understand why they are reaching out to you.
- Make sure that the customer's inquiry is answered and that expectations are as low as possible.
- Provide clients with efficient and effective service, handling objections as needed.
- Offer clients suggestions for additional and distinct goods or services based on their needs. Refer clients to other Columbia Financial Advisors departments as needed.
- Oversee all administrative responsibilities pertaining to customer service, including maintaining and updating client information in our CRM system.
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products, services, systems, and processes to address a variety of questions.
- Always pay attention to what customers have to say in order to find ways to strengthen our bonds with them and make our services more effective.
