Columbia Financial Advisors provides business valuation, financial advisory services, and litigation support to clients throughout the country. We serve small, closely held companies as well as some of the largest privately held companies in the country and publicly traded firms.
We are seeking a Financial Services Administrator with experience. This is a fantastic chance to work for a developing company with strong principles and a clear future direction.
Supporting office managers and financial planners while offering their clients effective, competent, superior, and compliant services is the responsibility of the financial services administrator.
Duties will include :
- Get practical financial administration experience while collaborating with seasoned experts.
- Help with duties like data entry, client file organization, and clearing the backlog of administrative work.
- Interact with clients and colleagues to guarantee exceptional service and establish enduring professional connections.
- New business is processed, submitted, and progress is tracked.
- Working in the protection, pension, and investment industries.
- Communicating with customers and providing comprehensive customer service.
- Creating review checklists, performance documentation, and valuation reports.
- Switches are processed and monitored electronically or with providers.
- Fulfilling client withdrawal instructions.
- Back-office system updates.
Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has ideally gained experience in a similar role and company and has a good understanding of the financial planning support function.
