We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable individual to fill the role of Assembly Training Specialist.
As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for training and coaching employees on standard work procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and equipment operation.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to plan and perform unusual and difficult work, making decisions involving ingenuity.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering training programs to improve employee knowledge and skills.
- Coaching employees on out-of-standard items and providing feedback to improve processes.
- Solving problems daily to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintaining up-to-date and posted LOTO procedures.
Key Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Moderate computer skills, including Excel, Word, etc.
- Ability to work with lightweight materials and average-weight materials.
