What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Team Member position at Columbia Forest Products?

- Successful candidates must be able to work in various jobs which can include rotating to different job duties. These job duties could include various machine operators, handling material, grading material, quality checks, clean up, and other similar manufacturing activities. This position requires you to follow written and verbal job instructions, provide feedback and apply critical thinking.
- Employees must be able to use personal safety equipment while working in a manufacturing environment that includes moving machinery, fast paced forklift traffic, machine noise, and a work environment that will vary depending on the time of the year.
- Monday – Friday 6a-3p OR 2:25p-11p with Weekends OFF!
- Base pay $19.07 - $19.79/hr $1.00/hr shift differential pay for 2nd shift – PLUS:
- Increasing hourly rates as you move to other positions.
- Gainshare bonus every 5-6 weeks
- Perfect attendance bonuses and time off
