Are you a skilled trainer and coach looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Work Cell Trainer and Coach to join our team at Columbia Forest Products.
In this role, you will be responsible for training and coaching employees on standard work procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and equipment operation.
You will also be expected to maintain up-to-date and posted LOTO procedures, follow all LOTO procedures, and fill out reach cards for upset conditions.
Key qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Moderate computer skills, including Excel, Word, etc.
- Ability to plan and perform unusual and difficult work, making decisions involving ingenuity.
