The Opportunity
Columbia-Greene Community College, a community college dedicated to fostering academic excellence and student success, invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position in Mathematics . We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated educator who is committed to teaching a diverse student body and has a passion for making mathematics accessible and engaging. The successful candidate will primarily teach a range of mathematics courses, including but not limited to statistics, calculus, and linear algebra. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in computational mathematics, data science, and / or physics. Position starts Fall 2025.

Minimum Qualifications
- A master’s degree in mathematics (Ph.D. preferred) from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated experience teaching mathematics at the college level, specifically in statistics, calculus, and linear algebra.
- Commitment to student-centered teaching and learning, with the ability to engage and inspire students in a community college setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff from diverse backgrounds.

Salary and Benefit Information
Contractual salary $51K, and rank will be commensurate with education and work experience.
