Our client is seeking to hire a Senior BFM Program Manager to join our team near Washington, DC Navy Yard. Upon award, you will :
- Lead a team of Columbia Group and subcontractor personnel supporting a NAVSEA shipbuilding program in Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), with emphasis on program planning and analysis, budget preparation and justification, and funds execution.
- Ensure all teams have access to the proper financial databases and programs, as well as training for using all necessary financial systems.
- Ensure all personnel are properly trained and knowledgeable in DoD / DoN / NAVSEA financial related rules, regulations, policies and guidelines.
- Responsible for the delivery of high quality and accurate products to the Government for all programs.
- Provides overarching guidance to and management of BFM team.
- Assist in the development of programs' financial briefings and reports, including analyses of programs' financial health and affordability.
- Assist the Goverment in the generation of metrics and trend analysis.
