What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cardiology NP needed in Farmington, NM position at Columbia Healthcare?
About The POSITION
NP or PA needed to provide inpatient and outpatient services to the Cardiac patient population .
Hospital is an ACC accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI without on-site surgical back up.
PCI capable since 2007 and primary PCI, STEMI receiving capable 24/7/365 since 2010. Dedicated local and regional STEMI referral line serving a large geography across NM, CO, UT, and AZ.
Heart Center is also home to two invasive, non-interventional Cardiologists; two Invasive- Interventional Cardiologists, half-time Electrophysiologist and four Advance Practice Providers.
The clinic is open from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Current schedule is 4/10's and will include weekends. No overnight call.
The successful candidate will have their own patient panel in clinic and work as a physician extender in the hospital.
