About the Position :
- Experience : Open to candidates at any experience level, though preference is for a full-time General Dentist with 2 years of experience.
- Patient Base : A good mix of payors, though the offices are Medicaid-focused, so a significant portion of patients are Medicaid.
- Support Staff : Each office typically has 2-3 hygienists and a dedicated dental assistant (sometimes more) for each doctor.
- Team Structure : Offices are led by a Dental Director and usually have 1-2 other doctors, with some locations having up to 3-4 dentists.
- Office Hours :
Monday : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
About the Compensation & Benefits :
Guaranteed hourly rate for the first 90 days.
