About the Position :

We are seeking a Doctor of Nurse Practice (DNP) to serve as the Medical Director for an FQHC in Hagerstown, MD. This leadership role requires a strong background in clinical operations and a commitment to delivering quality care in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting.

Qualifications :

Mandatory : Completion of a Doctor of Nurse Practitioner (DNP) program.
Minimum of 2 years of progressive administrative experience.
Prior experience as a Medical Director in an FQHC, group practice, or hospital is preferred.

Responsibilities :

Provide leadership for the facility's clinical operations, including primary care and integrated mental health services.

Oversee the administrative direction of clinical functions within the Center.

Deliver direct patient care, including medical evaluations through history-taking, physical exams, lab tests, and other procedures.

Work under the direction of the Executive Director and in collaboration with the Board of Directors to ensure the highest standards of care.

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary : $150,00 – $195,000 annually
