Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Opportunity – South Bend, IN

About the Position :

  • Seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide full-scope primary care for patients of all ages.
  • 1–3 years of NP experience required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus.
  • Flexible schedule option available : 4-day workweek (4 / 10s).

Clinic Hours :

  • Monday – Thursday : 8 : 00 a.m. – 8 : 00 p.m.
  • Friday : 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.
  • Saturday : 9 : 00 a.m. – 1 : 00 p.m.
