Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Family Practice Primary Care
Location : Apple Valley, California
About Us : A well-established primary care office led by a general practitioner with over 30 years of experience. We serve a diverse patient base, including HMO, Medicare, and PPO patients.
Position Summary : We seek an APP to enhance our team, aiming to provide onsite care 5 days a week. This role involves close collaboration with an experienced physician to deliver high-quality primary care.
Offer :
- Salary : $140,000 - $165,000, based on experience.
- Incentives : Eligibility for performance-based bonuses through our PCP Incentive Program.
- Schedule : Full-time, 5 days a week.
