Schedule
- Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Tuesday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
You will join a collaborative team, working with two other Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and partner with MD/DO in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct History of Present Illness (HPI) assessments and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Prescribe medications per New York State statutes and professional guidelines.
- Perform minor surgical procedures.
- Provide counseling and education to patients regarding their treatment plans.
- Generate referrals for specialized care as needed.
- Contribute to medical decision-making and support the Care Team.
