What you’ll do:
The Brass Tacks:
- Greet and seat guests
- Execute In-Room-Dining services for in-house guests including: taking orders through the phone, entering orders into a Point-of-Sales system, and preparing and delivering orders to guests' rooms.
- Providing accurate wait times and maintain wait lists
- Manage reservations and coordinate with waitstaff regarding seating
- Maintain flow of service
- Provide support to the team in menu organization and maintenance
- Support the service team by greeting tables, assisting in bussing tables, and other various running side work tasks.
- Prior food service experience preferred
- Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s)
- At least 3 days a week of AM and PM availability, with at least one of those days being a high volume day (PM: Fri and Sat, AM: Sat and Sun)
