The Member Services Coordinator will work alongside the World Trade Center (WTC) Seattle Director of Memberships to aid in the day-to-day functions of the WTC Seattle spaces including:

A multiple recipient of the Planners Choice Award from Successful Meetings and Meeting News, Bell Harbor features panoramic views of downtown Seattle and Puget Sound, Northwest-inspired cuisine and complimentary high-speed internet with REAL bandwidth! Bell Harbor is a member of the International Association of Conference Centers (IACC), ensuring a superior meeting experience with state-of-the-art audiovisual, Herman Miller chairs made for comfort, and well-lit meeting space.
Additional venues offered via the Bell Harbor sales team include Smith Cove Cruise Terminal located on Seattle's Magnolia waterfront with over 96,000 square feet of event space perfect for trade shows and large events, and directly adjacent to Bell Harbor the Maritime Event Center, a less traditional space that adds a nautical-themed backdrop to weddings and social events.

What you’ll do:
The Member Services Coordinator will work alongside the World Trade Center (WTC) Seattle Director of Memberships to aid in the day-to-day functions of the WTC Seattle spaces including:
- Member Events
- Opening and closing duties
- A la carte lunch service
- Administrative functions of the membership cycle
- This person will also work closely with the WTC Seattle Events Manager, Bell Harbor/WTC Sales, Operations, Planning, Culinary and Set-Up teams.
- This position will command the Member Lounge and front desk; connecting with guests, scheduling amenity space, managing incoming deliveries, answering calls, and more.
- This person must have strong project management & communication skills, handle challenging situations with grace, and possess solid professional judgement.
- Hours: primarily Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM with some evenings for events
- BA/BS from an accredited college or university, or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience in customer service with a high-end clientele preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel preferred
- Experience in graphics programs such as Canva preferred
- Experience with CRM software such as Hubspot preferred
- Experience with event software such as Eventbrite and Green Envelope preferred
