We are seeking a skilled and energetic Front Desk/Bartender to join our team at LOGE Wolf Creek. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in and checkout processes efficiently, including room credits, keys, and guest issue resolution.
- Manage financial and service-related tasks to create unique and meaningful experiences for guests.
- Support the Guest Services and Front Office team with tasks such as processing payments, handling guest complaints, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of our property management system and use it to efficiently manage guest reservations, room assignments, and other related tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required, and we can provide training if needed.
- Food handler and Alcohol Server permits are required.
