We are currently seeking a Guest Experience Manager to join our team. As a Guest Experience Manager, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling of all resort activities and creating personalized itineraries for guests. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure that all guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.
The ideal candidate will have three years of experience working as a scheduler and in guest services, with added bonus if they have been an Itineraries Director. They must have experience using a scheduling system and possess sufficient experience and technical expertise in all functions of managing a team.
The Responsibilities include developing and curating personalized itineraries for guests, facilitating the completion of itinerary questionnaires, cultivating strong relationships with guests through effective communication and responsiveness, and coordinating and scheduling all activities taking into account team member availability and ensuring a balanced and fulfilling guest experience.
The Requirements include proven written and oral communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and ability to deal with diverse guest clientele in a variety of situations. The selected candidate will be employed by The Retreat at Silvie's Valley Ranch and will have no affiliation with Columbia Hospitality, who is serving as a third-party agent leading the search through Columbia Executive Search.
