What you’ll do:
The Nitty Gritty
- At least one year of related education, training and/or experience.
- Ability to create unique and/or inspired cocktails and mocktails using a variety of herbs, spices, fruit, syrups and other ingredients
- Ability to multitask and be comfortable serving dynamically through low and high-volume periods
- Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment.
- Working knowledge of all applicable state liquor and other alcohol law
- Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures.
- Current State Food Handler’s License and MAST Permit
