What you’ll do:
The Brass Tacks
- Work closely with the General Management team to evaluate the success of programs and procedural functions. Enter data into databases and track information to prepare management for decisions regarding the future of staff at the property and effectiveness of our current processes.
- Maintain information relevant to building resources. Produce community information documents to promote community access and satisfaction.
- Provide support on the leadership and goal setting for the location documenting changes to functions and procedures for staff on property.
- Organize and facilitate resident meetings with management. Problem solves with residents when appropriate. Provide professional communication in a variety of meetings/presentation setting that support open, honest communication and inclusion of diversity.
- Formalize the incident reporting procedure for all Bellevue Towers staff. Reviewing, tracking and communicating the steps for resolution of each incident.
- Support management team with coordination and reporting for HOA operational committees.
- Completes operations by developing schedules; assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources; implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems; maintaining reference manuals; implementing new procedures.
- Maintain communication tools such as IM, E-mail, and Building Link to ensure that the teams are readily communicating needs, asking for help and using the resources available to them.
- Plan team events and activities to encourage career growth and commitment to the location and team.
- Order office and building supplies, and tracks inventory in Excel.
- Manages rental administration for Bellevue Towers in Excel.
- Must be a clear communicator.
- Must be able to work with a variety of people and cultures including owners, residents, the public, property staff, community management, contractors, and service providers.
- Must be computer experienced and moderate to expert in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, email)
