Responsibilities
- Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to our high standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding promptly and courteously to their needs.
- Work efficiently and effectively to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your housekeeping cart and supplies.
- Report any damage, repair needs, or loss of supplies to management.
- Engage with guests and provide them with a positive experience.
Requirements
- Prior housekeeping or related cleaning experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical applications is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing priorities is required.
