We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused CI Information Driver to join our growing team. This individual will play a vital role in servicing current shredding accounts, building new business, and delivering outstanding customer experiences throughout the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain shredding truck and equipment in accordance with safety and operational guidelines
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and routine maintenance (e.g., fluid checks, tire pressure, cleaning)
- Service assigned shred routes, ensuring timely and secure document destruction
- Provide top-tier customer service to existing clients and represent the company positively with potential customers
- Educate customers on additional services and identify upsell opportunities
- Maintain shred containers by cleaning, repairing, or replacing as needed
- Ensure truck is unloaded and cleaned at the end of each shift
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must possess a valid Washington Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement and a current DOT Medical Card
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience required
- Clean driving record and proof of current insurance
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Capable of consistently lifting 50 lbs.
- Strong mechanical aptitude for minor truck maintenance
- Basic computer skills required
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
