SUMMARY
This Production Worker, under the direction of the General Manager, provides support in the production area for the day-to-day operational needs of Paradise Bottled Water.
Schedule: Part Time 2 10 hour days on Wednesday and Friday
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assists in the performance of assigned production activity in the warehouse.
Assists supervisors in performing preventive maintenance tasks.
Report any safety violations, equipment breakdowns, slowdowns, or hazards to General Manager.
Assists in quality control of product output to meet business expectations.
Participates in team meetings.
Communicates effectively with staff.
Observes and complies with staff and participant confidentiality policies.
Assists in the performance of assigned delivery routes daily in a company vehicle as necessary.
Other duties as deemed appropriate to the position.

Driver Qualifications:
Driver must be able to pass a pre-employment and background check per the federal standards as drivers will be delivering to the Hanford sites.
Driver must have a current valid driver's license with no moving violations and/or DUIs on record.
Driver must be over 18 years of age and have had drivers license at least 2 years.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects or materials (often 30-50 pounds or more).
Standing for extended periods, often for the entire shift.
Performing repetitive tasks efficiently.
Manual Dexterity:
- Skillful hand-eye coordination for handling equipment and materials.
- Ability to operate machinery, tools, and equipment precisely.
Mobility and Flexibility:
- Bending, twisting, and reaching to manage production lines and equipment.
- Moving quickly and safely around the production area.
Visual and Auditory Skills:
- Good vision for monitoring machinery and quality control.
- Ability to hear alarms, signals, and communications over the noise of the production floor.
Environmental Conditions:
- Working in varying temperatures (hot or cold environments).
- Exposure to loud noises, vibrations, and possibly hazardous materials.
Safety Awareness:
- Understanding and following safety protocols to prevent accidents.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Salary : $16 - $19
