SUMMARY

We operate four franchised Round Table Pizza restaurants in the Tri-Cities. Details are as follows:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide shift supervision and oversite at our local Round Table Pizza restaurants in Tri-Cities, when the restaurant General Manager or Assistant Managers are on duty including service provision; food preparation and handling; restaurant cleanliness; meeting of health standards, and other regulatory requirements; store opening and closing; cash management; maintaining operations per Franchise Agreements and Franchisor Brand.

EXPERIENCE DESIRED

Previous restaurant experience minimum of 1 year. Shift Supervisor restaurant operating experience desired.

Good leadership and communications skills; ability to operate independently and assume responsibility as needed for this position. Ability to be flexible and effective in shifting from one type of duty to another; responsive and accessible to all business needs. Cares about people and helps develop them. High level of customer service awareness and effectiveness. Responsible and proactive in fulfilling all duties. Works well with people of all types. A good motivator and cheerleader.
