Description
Ben Lippen School is seeking Middle School teachers (grades 5-8, various subject areas available) for the 2025-2026 school year.
Responsibilities
A Ben Lippen Middle School teacher is responsible to:
- teach up to six Middle School classes per day.
- collaborate with other division/department members to supervise and implement the programs of Ben Lippen School.
- perform any other non-teaching duties as assigned by the Middle School Principal.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for a Middle School teaching position should possess:
- Dedication to biblical integration in classroom lessons and activities.
- Content mastery and understanding.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively, teach with excellence, and create an engaging, relational, and joy-filled learning environment for students.
- A clear desire and ability to teach in a student-centered, problem-based learning environment.
- Demonstrate excellence in planning, teamwork, and communication. We are looking for teachers who are willing to be creative, have a strong work ethic, can think "outside the box," and can work effectively as part of a team.
- Be of strong Christian faith and have a passion for serving children and families through the high calling of Christian education.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in subject area (or in a closely related field).
