What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Columbia Jet Center?
Columbia Jet Center seeks Customer Service Representatives who will work directly with flight crews, passengers, and admin delivering a proactive, personalized service experience to clients and customers. Excellent customer service and concierge skills with an eye for detail is a must. Aviation experience helpful but not required. Must be comfortable with extensive customer contact via phone, radio, and in-person. Microsoft Office suite computer skills necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the Customer Service Representative (CSR) Manager
- Assist Travel Coordinator in arranging services including hotel, catering, and ground transportation.
- Coordinating aircraft services, such as fuel and hangar storage.
- Effectively communicating via air-to-ground radio and ground-to-ground radio, in addition to other forms of communication.
- Educating customers on available services, promotions and programs.
- Processing customer invoices.
- Answering customer questions and resolving issues as necessary.
- Clean driving record required along with criminal background check. We are a zero-tolerance workplace so drug screening required for hire and random checks will occur.
- Flexibility in scheduling is a required.
