Duties
- Supervise daily operations within the sales support operations team ensuring all activities align with company goals.

- Oversee logistics operations, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth transportation of goods.
- Lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a productive work environment.
- Utilize forklift equipment safely and effectively for material handling as needed.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar managerial role within a distribution center or warehouse setting.
- Strong knowledge of materials management, logistics, and warehouse management principles.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and systems.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification may be required.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for monitoring performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration across teams.
